Order cut-off times

SA Metro

9:30 am Monday for delivery same week

SA Country

COB Friday for delivery same week

VIC / NSW / NT

COB Thursday for delivery following week

Any orders received after these times may be moved to a later delivery in the same or following week.

Minimum order

 

$50 Freight fee applies to orders under minimum

Any orders received after these times may be moved to a later delivery in the same or following week.

 

ADJUSTMENT TO ORDERS

• Lewis Horticulture may make adjustments to your order when a full tray has not been ordered. This is to reduce the chance of stock being damaged in transit.
• Lewis Horticulture may substitute similar products when the originally ordered item has sold out. If you are unable to accept substitutes, please advise when placing the order.
• Lewis Horticulture uses a 3rd party carrier for freighting customer orders. Once the stock leaves our depot Lewis Horticulture ceases responsibility for these goods. If you have queries regarding your delivery please contact the freight company direct. The contact details for the freight company can be found on your invoice.
• If you wish to return any stock purchased from Lewis Horticulture, we must be notified in writing within 48hrs of receiving the stock and request you provide photos of the damaged stock. If packaging is damaged when stock arrives, and you suspect damage to plants please take photos of damaged packaging before unpacking goods. After this time, we cannot credit or return unsatisfactory stock.

ATTENTION NORTHERN TERRITORY CUSTOMERS

All stock shipped is treated in accordance with PMNT regulations. The chemicals applied to all plants as per legislated requirements render them not suitable for human consumption within 30 days of treatment. Please communicate this with your staff and customers.

180mm – 7 per tray / carton

120mm – 15 per tray / carton

200mm – 6 per tray / carton

140mm – 12 per tray / carton

250 / 330mm – 2 per tray / carton

150mm – 11 per tray/ carton
